I started noticing grommets everywhere a few months ago. It's funny because whenever I see something more than once at a couple different stores or online sites, I then search to see if there are more somewhere else. I stumbled upon this trend the same way. I first saw the Asos sandals and then saw the nasty gal bikini. I had to google grommets + fashion and found all these other great pieces. I like to think of the grommets as an edgier version of eyelet.
