After all that begging, looks like Kanye West has landed Vogue Magazine in some hot water. Ricky Spicer, member of the band "The Ponderosa Twins Plus One", sued West last year for using one of his songs for the "Yeezus" track, "Bound 2." Now he's back to collect that check since it seems Vogue used the track for their behind-the-scenes video of the April 2014 cover shoot. He's seeking unspecified compensation.
Now Iknow who to sue along with Kanye for the existence of "Bound 2" and perhaps the video. Thanks, Ricky!
